PTO Finance: Budget + Forms

Instructions:

1. Open the link above and save a copy of the template with a new name. (Year-Month-Day YourName-Program is great.)

2. Complete the form and return to the PTO Treasurers either by e-mail to ChantillyPTOTreasurer@gmail.com or in hard copy to the PTO Mailbox in the main office. Please include receipts; any format will do.

In honor of Ms. Carol’s 16 years of teaching at Chantilly, the PTO and grateful parents established this Fund to support mentoring and connection between Chantilly teachers and staff. This fund supports our school community by providing coffee and snacks for meetings, annual outings to build connection, and anything else that our teacher mentors need to support each other. 

Ms. Carol’s fund is administered by the PTO and funds are available until all are used.
